Introduction: I. Attention gaining device: It is finals week and you have been panicking about passing your classes for the past month. You are getting very little sleep because you are studying and the possibility of you not passing your class will become reality if you don’t study. You are stressed. The fact is many college students are overwhelmingly stressed. II.
